Breast of turkey with sage & roasted onion stuffing, sausages wrapped in bacon
and served with all the traditional festive trimmings and roasting jus

In a red wine & mushroom reduction, buttery mash and greens

Seafood wellington
Baked pastry parcel filled with cod, salmon and prawns served with a thermidor sauce

Five bean chilli (v)
In a tortilla basket, served with rice & topped with sour cream

To Finish

Traditional warm Christmas pudding brandy cream
Festive spiced apple pie Chantilly cream
Winter berry mess cherry liqueur, whipped cream, meringue pieces & toasted almonds
